HOW?
1. To purchase & book a custom PENNY coat service - a £200 GBP non-refundable deposit is required (this amount will be deducted from the total order value once your chosen materials, custom making costs, postage and packaging fees have been finalised & calculated).
2. Complete the form and tell us as much info as possible about your dream coat. Including your preference of: suzani fabric, fur colour, trim options, size, measurements, plus any special requirements you may have.
3. You’ll recieve an email from Nat to confirm she has recieved your request. Nat will be with you every step of the way and will always be on hand if you have any questions or concerns during the process. She’ll share all the available fabric and materials for you to choose from, and once you’ve confirmed your selections the making process can begin.
4. Custom orders take an estimated 4-5 weeks to complete - (this considers the time of communication, sourcing of the fabrics, creation of the design itself and getting your coat preparated and ready to dispatch).
5. Once the total invoice amount has been paid your custom PENNY coat will be shipped to your chosen address and be finally ready for you to enjoy!
Please note: Pricing for a custom PENNY coat starts from £500 GBP. The cost is variable and dependant on selected fabrics and materials used to create your order. This £200 non refundable deposit is not an accepted as complete payment for your custom coat. You will be expected to pay the remaining balance once your order has been accepted and confirmed.
